Her birthing philosophy is; You can't control the waves, but you can learn how to surf! Hypnotherapy is an adjunctive technique that utilises hypnosis to aid in the treatment of specific symptoms or health conditions. Hypnotherapy works by inducing a hypnotic state marked by waking awareness that allows people to experience detached external attention and to focus on inner experiences. JodyAnn our Clinical Hypnotherapist has a particular passion for women’s heath; birth, fertility, IVF womb work and hormonal balance. Other areas that clinical hypnotherapy is useful for are physical and psychological complaints such as anxiety, pain management, phobias, insomnia and more.
