Joy (she/her) is an experienced Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She is warm and compassionate and aims to create a safe therapeutic space.

Joy is highly relational seeing the therapeutic relationship as an integral part in facilitating deep reflection and healing. Joy is passionate about applying trauma informed principles to the work she does and has a special interest in attachment, relational and developmental trauma. Joy works in an integrative way drawing on interventions she is passionate about including somatic therapies, IFS and nervous system regulation. oy has completed 3 years of training in Somatic Experiencing and is an IFS/Parts informed therapist.
