Kylie Stabler - Acupuncture: Cancellations and telehealth

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have seen lots of people becoming ill with covid and respiratory illnesses which meant the clinic has had a larger number of cancellations than usual. To ensure the clinic can keep running as smoothly as possible I would like to give a friendly reminder about appointment cancellations.

Cancellations within 48 hours will require 50% of the appointment cost.
Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to make your appointment, will require the full payment for your appointment.

This is to compensate for time spent preparing your treatment & in fairness to others who needed your time but can't make it on short notice. As such, this will be applicable to all cancellations.

I understand that falling ill and not being able to physically attend an appointment can create a lot of stress and exhaustion so I'm here to help you out as much as possible!

If you cannot physically attend your appointment, I am more than happy to offer a telehealth appointment to replace it. While acupuncture is obviously not possible over the phone/computer I can still provide support for you. This can be in the form of advice for your sickness and symptoms, information and supply of herbs and supplements and even just some good old-fashioned support while you're feeling low.

Over the last few years with covid, like many other small business' I've had to absorb these costs incurred with more and more cancellations. While I feel proud to have been able to do this for so long during the pandemic, unfortunately it's no longer sustainable to do so. I really appreciate your understanding on this matter.
